  2. Cut plastic packaging – Store food in glass, stainless steel, or beeswax wraps instead of cling film or plastic containers.

  3. Read your labels – Choose personal care products free of parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrance.

  4. Avoid non-stick cookware – Teflon and other coatings often contain harmful PFAS. Go for stainless steel or cast iron.

  5. Dust and vacuum regularly – Many toxins accumulate in household dust. Clean floors and soft furnishings frequently.

  6. Ditch air fresheners – Replace synthetic sprays with essential oils like Purification, Thieves, or Lemongrass from Young Living.
