Payment
Payment will be taken at time of booking. Block bookings may incur a 10% non-refundable booking fee.
Cancellation Policy
Coaching & Assessments: Please notify us 48 hours in advance should you need to cancel an appointment as slots are limited and we can offer it to someone else. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment unfortunately cannot be refunded, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% appointment fee.
Retreats: Cancellations within two weeks of the retreat date mean retreat fee cannot be refunded. Cancellations with less than three weeks will incur a 50% retreat fee.
