Lucia Hargasova, this week’s guest on the Brave New Girls podcast, is a Human Design coach and wellness guide- but in her honest and grounded conversation, she reminds us that even those who teach transformation still face daily struggles. What sets Lucia apart is her ongoing commitment to living authentically and caring for her wellbeing, especially when life gets messy.
Lucia has learned the hard way in the corporate world before learning that she needs to be tuned in to herself at times and externally connected and in community at others. The turning point came when she stopped performing and started listening—to her body, her intuition, and her human design.
Now, she weaves wellbeing into her daily routine, not as a perfectionist ritual but as a form of self-respect. Her mornings are sacred: she starts with lemon water, tongue scraping, and quiet meditation—ideally in nature. She integrates movement through yoga, Pilates, or simple walking, prioritising what feels nourishing rather than punishing. As a parent, entrepreneur, and sensitive being, she knows that finding time isn’t easy, but small intentional habits can have big impact.
Lucia is also clear that wellbeing isn’t about rigid routines—it’s about alignment. “The only way to embody anything,” she says, “is to come back to your body. Your body is the navigation system.”
She reminds us that being “off track” doesn’t mean we’ve failed. It just means we need to course correct. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, or simply feeling out of sync, Lucia offers a model of self-awareness, compassion, and gentle structure.
